Cake Descriptions

Carrot Cake-This is my signature cake. You won’t be able to stop at just one bite. A moist, rich cake with freshly grated carrots, pineapple, toasted walnuts, golden raisins and spices filled and frosted with delicious, “melt-in-your-mouth” sweet and tangy cream cheese frosting.

Chocolate Cake- a classic, moist, dark, not-too-sweet, full of flavor cake filled and frosted with silky-smooth chocolate or vanilla buttercream.

Yellow Cake- soft, golden buttery cake filled and frosted with silky-smooth chocolate or vanilla

Vanilla/White Cake- a delicate white cake filled and frosted with silky-smooth chocolate or vanilla buttercream

Italian Rum Cake- a 3 layer light and airy sponge cake with pastry cream and chocolate pastry cream. The layers are soaked with rum. The cake is frosted with whipped cream and the sides covered with sliced almonds. The cake is decorated with strawberries and other fruit in season.

Strawberry Whipped Cream Cake- a soft and tender white cake or chocolate cake filled with delicious marscapone, whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries and frosted with whipped cream (vanilla or chocolate). The cake is decorated with strawberries and chocolate decorations (optional).

Additional Desserts

Mango Cream Pie- An all time favorite dessert of many. A soft and light tropical dessert for anytime of the year that is made with mangos, cream cheese, sour cream in a pie crust, topped with homemade whipped cream.

Cake Pops- are cake balls on a stick. They are made with chocolate or yellow cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream frosting. The balls are dipped in candy melts or melted chocolate and decorated with beautiful designs. They can come in many cake flavors. They are sweet, delicious bite size pieces of cake.
